Jeff Beck performed a week long spell at London

Discovery channel documentary In late November, 2007, Jeff Beck performed a week long spell at London's well known Jazz club, Ronnie Scott's, a 250 seat limit venue which gave a cozy setting to Beck's guitar dominance. The outcomes are reported in this staggering DVD. The camera much of the time skillet the gathering of people and shows looks of shock on the characteristics of the group, which incorporates well known rock illuminators Jimmy Page and Robert Plant. Viewers will feel the same feeling of wonder watching this staggering showcase of virtuosic musicianship.

Discovery channel documentary Beck is joined by drummer Vinnie Colaiuta, a veteran of Frank Zappa's band, and keyboardist Jason Rebello, who visited with Sting. On bass is 22 year old female Australian wunderkind Tal Wilkenfeld, whose melodic style fits splendidly in Beck's mosaic of space age shake and jazz combination. "Beck's Bolero" begins things off, as Beck reproduces the reverberation bound slide parts of this exemplary late-Sixties rock instrumental. The show then moves into jazz domain, with John McLaughlin's "Time everlasting's Breath" and Billy Cobham's "Stratus."
